What is your health worth?

Let's be honest — the road to health is not easy. If it were, everyone would be healthy. Before reaching out to us, I encourage you to genuinely ask yourself: do you look at your health as an investment or an expense?

If you are content managing symptoms with medications indefinitely, we are probably not the right fit — and that is okay. But if you are ready to find real answers, commit to the process, and invest in your long-term health, we would love to work with you.

“If you wouldn’t think twice about fixing a broken pipe in your house, why treat your health any differently.”

Compare & Contrast the Costs

Conventional care can feel cheaper in the short term — but the long term math rarely works in your favor.

Conventional "Sick Care"

→Treats symptoms, not causes

→Ongoing medication costs that compound over time

→New conditions develop as root causes go unaddressed

→Repeat specialist visits with limited resolution

→Can cost 10–20x more over 1–2 years

Functional Medicine at Premier IFM

✓Investigates and addresses root causes

✓Reduces or eliminates long-term medication dependency

✓Prevents downstream conditions from developing

✓Comprehensive plan built around your specific biology

✓A genuine long-term investment in your health

Who We Work With

Part of our commitment to transparency is helping you understand whether our care model is the right fit for where you are right now.

Wellness Patient - Healthy & Looking to Stay That Way
You feel generally well but want to optimize your health, prevent future issues, and stay ahead of the curve. These patients typically require a couple of visits upfront followed by periodic evaluations based on their individual goals.

Complex / Chronic Patient - You've Tried Everything & Still Don't Have Answers
You have been to multiple doctors, tried numerous treatments, and are still struggling. These cases require significant depth of work. We do not take on complex chronic cases on a visit-by-visit basis — we require a minimum four-month commitment, and sometimes longer. This is not to be difficult; it is because follow-through is essential to results. Package options are available for these patients so cost is not a barrier to doing the work properly.

Do You Accept Insurance?

Yes and no — and the reason is intentional. We do not participate directly with insurance plans because functional medicine is built around depth, time, and personalization. Insurance models are designed around volume and symptom management, which limits how thoroughly a provider can investigate root causes or spend meaningful time with each patient. By operating outside of that system, we are free to focus entirely on what you actually need.

That said, we work hard to make care as accessible as possible. Upon request, we provide a detailed superbill (for office visits) with the necessary ICD-10, CPT, and procedure codes that you can submit to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Many standard laboratory tests can also be processed through your insurance (through the providing lab) when medically appropriate. For patients without adequate lab coverage, we have direct relationships with multiple laboratories and can provide wholesale pricing.

Why Are Your Prices This Accessibile?

The honest answer? Because this is personal for me. My mission — from day one — has been to bring integrative functional medicine to as many people as possible and make it as affordable as I genuinely can. That is not a marketing line. That is why I built this practice the way I built it.

"I have been the patient sitting in that chair — sick, frustrated, out of answers, and honestly not sure I could afford to keep looking. I know what that feels like. I am not going to be the reason someone doesn't get the help they need."

I have watched people transform their health in ways they had completely given up on. That never gets old. Seeing people get well and stay well is why I do this. It is not about the margins.

That said — I will be straight with you, because that is how I operate. We are a busy and growing practice. As we bring on additional team members to keep up with demand and maintain the level of care our patients deserve, our pricing will need to reflect that. So if you have been sitting on the fence, now is a good time to come in.
